Any customer requesting to cancel an order made on this site will be subject to a $10 restocking fee. Please purchase any item with caution and do not buy something you cannot afford.
If an item is damaged once revived, please send pictures of the box, and items that are damaged to our support email: email@example.com. If an item is damaged either from shipping or from its making, we will work with you to return or refund the item.
Requests for refunds due to damaged or defective items must be sent within seven days once the items has been received according to the tracking information.
It an item has been received and no damage or defect can be spotted, or if it looks like the items have already been worn for a decent amount of time, we will not accept a return or offer a refund.
Domestic United States: Two options are available at checkout. USPS Domestic First Class ($3.50) takes 3-5 days to arrive (not including Sundays). USPS Priority ($7.00) takes 2-3 days to arrive (not including Sundays).
International: We ship USPS International First Class ($10.00) that can take anywhere from 2-7 weeks depending on the destination country's mailing system and any custom checkpoints. Items have been known to be stuck in custom cities, such as Chicago, for up to 7 weeks. There is nothing we can do about this, and must simply wait. We've tried multiple times to talk to USPS when this occurs, and the answer is always to wait for the item to clear customs. We're very sorry for this inconvenience.
Prices above are for a single item. Any extra item will have a $1 handling fee added to the total cost.
If you purchased multiple items and would like them to be shipped together, please email us with the order numbers you would like combined along with the name and method used to purchase the items, and we will refund you the remaining balance. Please send those emails to firstname.lastname@example.org.
